Right of Withdrawal
Returns are possible within 30 days:
Products must be in their original condition and include the original labels and tags.
The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
Returned items must not show any signs of use.
Please note: if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Make sure your package always includes a track & trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no shipping proof with a track & trace code. Returning items without a track & trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email. Within a few days after processing your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.
Return Procedure:
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service to receive a return label. This also allows us to track that your return is on its way. You can send an email to info@moodgrace.nl
Order Cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. After 5 minutes, orders are processed and cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it via info@moodgrace.nl
Returns are always at the sender’s risk; return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Wrong Item or Wrong Size?
If you receive the wrong item or wrong size, you will receive the correct item free of charge.

We process refunds on average within 5 business days after receiving the return.
