Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order within the United States. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order requirement.
Shipping Your Order
Have you found the perfect look on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:
After placing your order, we need 1–2 business days to process it. Orders placed before Friday 22:00 (CET) are usually processed before the weekend. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting Monday.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivery takes an average of 4–6 business days.
Total delivery time: approximately 6–12 business days (including processing and delivery).
After placing your order, you will receive your personal tracking code via email within a few days. This allows you to track your order through our tracking partner. You can read more about this on our "Track Your Order" page.

Defective Product?
We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, products may sometimes get damaged during transport. In this case, we will always send a replacement package free of charge the first time, and we cannot offer a refund.
If the issue occurs a second time, we will refund the full purchase amount.
How to Place an Order
Ordering from Mood & Grace is very simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
Make sure you have selected the correct variant. Once everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout". On the information page, enter your correct address details. Ensure all information is accurate before clicking "Continue to Shipping".
On the shipping page, you can review your address details again. You will also see that all shipping is completely free. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking "Continue to Payment".

Lost Package
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with a refund.
If the order has not been received within 30 days after shipment, the order may be refunded.
