2. How do I know I’m choosing the right size?

Each item includes a detailed size chart and a clear indication: runs large, small, or true to size.
This way, you know exactly what to expect. Still unsure? Our customer service team is happy to help — personally and honestly.

3. What are the delivery times and shipping costs within the United States?

We always ship for free within the United States — no hidden fees.
To keep our prices competitive, your order is shipped directly from our supplier.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery: average 5–8 business days
Total delivery time: approximately 8 to 12 business days (including processing and shipping)

You will receive a track & trace code once your order is on its way, so you stay fully in control.

4. How do returns or exchanges work?

Not satisfied? No worries — we’ll resolve it properly.
Always contact us first via info@moodgrace.nl so we can find the best solution together.

If an exchange or adjustment is not possible, you only pay for the return shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached.

5. What materials are your clothing made from?

We only select high-quality materials that look refined and feel comfortable: linen, cotton, viscose, wool, and more.
Our fabrics are chosen for comfort, durability, and style — so you feel as good as you look.

6. Is your clothing suitable for parties, work, or casual days?

Absolutely. Each item includes a clear description and styling tips, so you know exactly when to wear it.
Whether you’re going to the office, a dinner, or having a relaxed day — one item, endless combinations.

7. When will I receive my track & trace code?

Once your order has been processed (within 1–2 business days), you will receive your personal track & trace code by email.
This allows you to follow every step of the delivery — from our supplier to your doorstep.

8. Do I get a discount on my first order?
